That took me about 5 hours to shovel off all of the spams we've been receiving these few days. My sincerest apologies. I've put up my contacts in my profile so you can get to me quickly, I'm daily there.

Please feel free to reach me when you can. I try my best here.

It's going to be 3am here, I'm done with all the spams for now. But yeah at the very least you can just start tagging me here or something so I will appear.

Please be patient with me. Thank you for your understanding. It's the least I can do.

Dear @Lieutenant, That was quite the mountain of spam you removed. I applaud your willingness to delete it all by hand. The site may be quiet but it looks much better now. Sincerely, Nobody Special.

    "these few days"

You mean weeks. Because it's been weeks of near nonstop spam and near to no user activity whatsoever. It's not a failing on your part, but my god has it been miserable to watch this going on without anybody either noticing or caring, least of all the site's owner.
....an owner who could have removed all the spam threads as easily as possible by going into the db directly, something staff doesn't have access to, thus mandating manual removal for them.

Let's be real. CL is over, at this point. When you can have 60+ pages of spam piling up over the course of weeks, without actual users bothering to post anything anymore, the site might as well close its doors and signups get locked again, like they did when the last big spam epidemic occured many many many admins ago. Those 70 walls of spam were merely a highly-observable certificate of the site's communal death.
