Got this on discount. Mm, I still haven't gotten around to finishing up DRRR!!x10. I will soon, though, and then I'll follow up with this fully Chinese version of DRR!!x11. It'll be a wonderful challenge of my Chinese comprehension skills.

Since this is the only swag showing thread that exists and making new threads is like dealing with the devil, I decided to post everything I got at VGC here.

Here's a screen cleaner from last year's Worlds in Vancouver and a Pokemon card album.

A 3DS protect case, a couple of pendants made out of real Pokemon cards, a Pokeball hat (which I wore throughout the entire day), and also what appears to be a Pokemon dreamcatcher.

And these last ones, I didn't buy them but I EARNED them.

This is probably the only thing from that event that is OMGSOFUCK'NAWESOME because dude, LOOK AT IT! It's like, blue plastic yo! :p Also, I had to beat somebody for it too and that makes it even more awesome!

I also earned these two booster packs for being in the top 32/64 but since I don't play the card game, it's not as awesome as the blue token.

Is that a curve I see. Why is she not flat-chested enough she needs to literally be a board. AmiAmi get your shit together

(But that's really nice though I really want a Raspberyl nendoroid myself)

It may be a little unclear, but the watch hands read 'remember, you will die.' From Mr Jones Watches. All of his watches are incorporated with symbolic ideas, but I found that most of them are a bit too impractical. I'm satisfied with the one I have though.

    Kaiju Rising: Age of Monsters

    ISBN: 978-0-9913605-5-0 ASIN: B00ICCX5QY

My friend Abhinav Jain reviewed the anthology already (and had a hand in the author selection) and was quoted on the Amazon product description:

"RATING 9/10: I have to say that assembling all this talent is quite a stroke of genius because each story had something different to offer...everyone involved in the making of this anthology, the authors, the editors, the artists, everybody, did a great job. Each story is bookended with a special illustration (done by either Robert Elrod, Chuck Lukacs, or Matt Frank) that shows off the the kaiju involved in the story...[KAIJU RISING] has really made me want to read and watch more kaiju fiction." —From a review by Abhinav Jain, Shadowhawk's Shade

KAIJU RISING: Age of Monsters is a collection of 23 stories focused around the theme of strange creatures in the vein of Pacific Rim, Godzilla, Cloverfield, and more. The anthology opens with a foreword by JEREMY ROBINSON, author of Project Nemesis, the highest selling Kaiju novel in the United States since the old Godzilla books—and perhaps even more than those. Then, from New York Times bestsellers to indie darlings KAIJU RISING: Age of Monsters features authors that are perfectly suited for writing larger than life stories, including:

Peter Clines, Larry Correia, James Lovegrove, Gini Koch (as J.C. Koch), James Maxey, Jonathan Wood, C.L. Werner, Joshua Reynolds, David Annandale, Jaym Gates, Peter Rawlik, Shane Berryhill, Natania Barron, Paul Genesse & Patrick Tracy, Nathan Black, Mike MacLean, Timothy W. Long, Bonnie Jo Stufflebeam, Kane Gilmour, Peter Stenson, Erin Hoffman, Sean Sherman, Howard Andrew Jones (The Chronicles of Sword and Sand tie-in), Edward M. Erdelac (Dead West tie-in), James Swallow (Colossal Kaiju Combat tie-in)

Kaiju Rising is now available as an ebook via Amazon for the cheap (cheap! cheap!) price of roughly $5, below 4€, and will get a print retail edition fairly soon. I bought my ebook copy today (sadly missed out on the kickstarter... though I followed it closely) and will buy the print as well. Judging from my quick glances over the course of the day, I'm in for a very special treat, featuring some of my favorite authors.

because my cat chewed off the cord for my SteelSeries Sensei, I got a more affordable Roccat Lua mouse.

it fucking sucks. don't get it.

I don't know how people like their mouse, but this thing is tiny and it has the worst DPI control ever.

it was only 25 bucks+ shipping, so I can't complain that much...

let's just say I got what I paid for and it is going to take a long time to get used to the new DPI.

@PigBoss well, Razer products are generally sturdy and bulky, but expensive. It is worth investing if you are a "gamer". I think Razer Deathadder has a proper hype. It is a bit overpriced, but it is pretty solid.

I tried Razer Taipan, because my brother has one. It feels like Roccat Lua but bigger. I don't find it that comfortable.

Now, Razer Naga 2012 had some really nice curve to it and it reminded me of older Razer models. It was very comfortable to use, but I couldn't afford one at the time, so sucks to be me.

The new Razer Naga is less curvy and more bulky, which sucks. Now when a fan of razer naga wants to get a replacement one, they can't.(fuck you razer, stop coming up with bulky designs)

Conclusion is, if you are into big bulky mouse, Razer Deathadder is a safe bet.

I heard corsair mice are pretty nice too, but I didn't try any at the moment.

Thought I'd replace my Path of the Warrior copy with the new omnibus with Path of the Warrior, Seer and Outcast, which also includes three short stories on top. Eldar, huh.

Swans "Teeth" T-shirt. Although Filth isn't my favorite album by them, I found this shirt the most appealing when looking through their merch.
