    Time for some beat games. Post your highscores, fullcombos, failed scorewhore runs and ensuing rages here! What do you like about their games, what don't you like? Do you play at home or at an arcade? What are the prices like?

    I play mostly at arcades, although I do some times boot up StepMania on my home computer. My favourite series would probably be DDR. I love jumping around. Favourite game would be SuperNova2. DDRX adds in the annoying announcer and the song selection is pretty bad compared to SN2. I can get SN2 at 4 songs for a buck (versus is an extra credit) and DDRX for 4 songs for 2 quarters (versus uses only one credit).

    Only My Railgun is on X2, right? Aw man, so jelly. Wish we had an X2 machine around here. They have up and down arrows for song and option selection. UP AND DOWN ARROWS MAN! Xepher is one of my favourites too. :3 Makes me feel pro, even when I'm not. >_>

    Just tried JuBeat today. HOLY CRAP IT'S EASY. I can do 7s and 8s (almost) with like 15 songs of experience under my belt. Ponponpon, Connect and Unison Square Garden are some of my favourites.

    Welp, I haven't done it in forever, but I used to do expert in DDR... and almost die from the exhaustion.

    @PigBoss I'd totally play that, except I've already got StepMania. The atmosphere of an arcade, I like better. And I really suck so I'll get crushed if I play competetively on keyboard... @_@ thanks for posting for others, though!

    BITCH. I TRIED THAT SHIT AND FAILED. THREE TIMES. THREE DOLLARS RIGHT THERE.

    EDIT: Quarter machine gave me back a dollar though. =w=

    What is this... JuBeat you speak of? I've only played DDR, and there aren't many arcades I can go to so I just play at home most of the time.

    @Chestnut_Rice Skipped over the 2&3's because watching the kids before me play it bored me. Went for... a 6 or 7? I think? Expected that to be like Pop'n Music. Passed one of the harder leveled songs for THAT upon first try

    @Momimochi

    Hm, I don't think I'd be able to pass some of the harder 7s if I had to sightread them. I'd suggest you do Ponponpon on Easy (it's a 5) if you want to pass some thing...

    I can do tomorrow... But... Next Wednesday? Socials provincial is Thursday and a bunch of friends are expecting me to waste my whole Wednesday afternoon explaining all of 20th century western history in about 4 or 5 hours, sorry. :<

    And whew. For a while I thought you've just been totally ignoring me for the past few days. :c

    oh, and topic-related, I managed to get a video of me playing Connect on JuBeat (level 8) and passing with a C, but the video's pretty crappy so I'm debating whether or not I should post it. For one, it's on its side and the quality in general is pretty bad since it's on my phone.

    @Chestnut_Rice Pfft, sucker. All my exams/provincials are done in the first two days. Well, the week after that. Whatever LOL. Fuuu-- I'm ready to spend that $10 on it the next time I go to master that thing.
