Gojira, The band, is a progressive heavy metal group from France, Bayonne. The band is composed of, Joe Duplantier on vocals and rhythm guitar, his brother Mario Duplantier on drums, Christian Andreu on lead guitar and Jean-Michel Labadie on bass.

Sorry for this next section, I'm not too good at describing music.

Their style is quite unusual from what I've listen from them, nothing like your usual metal bands, somewhat trippy, brutally heavy and lyrically awesome.

Their drummer is one of my favorite drummers right now, he's just so good at what he does.
