There used to be a thread for this. I can't seem to find it, though, so I had to make a new one.
I love webcomics! If you've got any you'd like to recommend please do so!

Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name
About a paranormal investigator and his zombie assistant. It's short, but that's due to being put on an eternal hiatus. It's totally worth a look, though, due to it's fun characters and art. (if you liked HiNaBN you should check out Monsterkind)

    Ruby Quest
A Horror/survival comic about escaping an underground laboratory. Was originally posted on /tg/ as a text adventure. Bloody, psychologically scary goodness. (the best part? It's finished, so there's no waiting for a new panel)

    Cucumber Quest
Bitches love cute bunny people going on adventures.

    MSPA
Obligatory MSPA rec. there's a lot more then Homestuck on there, yanno.

    Monster Pulse
    POKEMON MADE FROM PEOPLE'S ORGANS.

    Ava's Demon
Holy friggin' hell this art is fantastic. I would even go as far as to say that every thing about this is fantastic.

    ALSO:
    Helvetica
    Warrior U
    Anime Club
    Nimona

    The Punchline is Machismo http://thepunchlineismachismo.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/mgdmtlogo6.jpg

...comics about unapologetically macho things because I’m not on board with this modern trend of telling men that they should act less like men. I dream of a world where the beer is cheap and plentiful, violence can still be an acceptable solution to life’s problems, and no one ever has to talk about their feelings. Sometime this is a comic about macho action heroes. Sometimes this is a slice of life comic about a time traveling Navy SEAL single dad from the nonspecific spacefuture. Really, it just depends on how things were going that day.

    Romantically Apocalyptic http://i.imgur.com/PMkI5.png

    I am the captain.
The year is 20__ something something.
I stopped counting a while ago, and therefore not sure what day it is.
Humanity is virtually wiped out in a nuclear holocaust.
Me and my last squad: pilot, engie and mr snippy, live in the wasteland ruins of tomorrow.
    This is my story.
    I am captain.

The comic is produced by Vitaly S. Alexius, who describes Romantically Apocalyptic as "a high-detailed graphic novel that combines delicious servings of: end of the world / life in a dark post-apocalyptic dystopia, and twisted humor". He produces the comic with the assistance of Meeshka Samarin and Chico, and using "Photoshop, live actors, dead actors, sexy assistants, greenscreen, a camera, and a Wacom tablet." Each comic page is digitally painted and contains selections from the 1 terabyte of stock pictures that Vitaly collected over more than 6 years in "real abandoned, forgotten places of our world". Pages are typically released weekly, on Saturday.

I'll add more at some more of the web comics I read, but yeah, these are pretty good(Sorry for not giving enough details for them).

But when Victuals unexpectedly returns and has the brain of a strange intelligent creature; it seems someone is doing experimental transplants.

With the brain of a lizard and the body of a cat, Victuals must now fight to recover his original lizard body and confront what he thought was the all-powerful god.

Nuzlocke.com has a really good comic called Pokemon: Hard Mode which as you read the art gets a lot better and updates about 2-3 times a week. (Although I'm not quite sure if that's right)

    Paranatural http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130504192136/paranatural/images/7/7d/Character_Lineup.png

Paranatural is best described as “X-Men meets Ghostbusters except everyone’s twelve.” It’s a comedy/action comic about a group of middle school kids with ghostly superpowers fighting evil spirits and investigating paranormal activity in their hometown. Paranatural began in the summer of 2010 and, as of 2012, updates Fridays.

A lovely little comic this is. Hella funny and it seems to hint of a deeper plot.

I'm seconding Paranatural. Good pacing, great humor, and it updates reliably every Monday/Friday. I can easily imagine it being turned into a tv show. Don't forget to check out the alt text on every page!

There is no real plot at this point, just the wacky misadventures of a cat that is obsessed with video games. Enjoy the random nature of the comic!

    http://www.meekcomic.com/images/meek_giantlink1.jpg
This one is currently on hiatus and is supposed to resume sometime next year.

The Meek is a graphic novel about Angora, an inexperienced young girl who has been sent on a quest to save the world. War looms on the horizon, and at its helm is the Emperor of the North and his hellish adviser. The two countries are overwhelmed with as much terror, crime, disease and revolution as they are with those who wish to create peace. Armed with only her instincts and an unexplainable power, she must experience and judge the world—and decide once and for all if it is truly worth saving.

For Vesper Grey, there is the Before and the After. The Before is devastatingly boring; teacups and girdles, and an overbearing Aunt who makes life hell. The After is Corrick and the uncovered truth about a magical necklace. It is the Wild West, and it is an adventure that could very well change everything.

    http://www.straysonline.com/images/bbanner2.gif

Meela is a young, orphaned lupian (a race of people with wolf-like features) who is struggling to survive on her own. A chance encounter on less than pleasant terms teams her up with Feral, another lupian who happens to be a mute as well as one of the best mercenaries in the land, and who is not quite so welcoming of her forced company as she would like to believe. Fun, danger and plenty of humorous situations follow the two on their wayward adventures...

    Unsounded

Some dead men tell tales, and some little girls have tails...
Daughter of the Lord of Thieves, Sette Frummagem is on a mission, and she'll lie, cheat, and steal to make sure it's a success (she'll lie, cheat, and steal anyway). Condemned to aid her in her rotten endeavours is a rotten corpse who seems oddly talented with the supernatural, and oddly not laying motionless in the dirt. The road is long and no one is what they seem. Never trust a thief, and never trust anyone who won't let you look into their eyes.

    Carciphona http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/137/9/9/carciphona_vol_1_cover_by_shilin-d3glmai.jpg

In a time where magic is forbidden, a sorceress's once peaceful life is shaken by an undefeated assassin, and grudges that are rooted deeply in time.

Set in an era where magic is forbidden, the story follows a young sorceress who, despite possessing more power than most could even dream of, could not grasp the simple peaceful life she longed for. But all this will change, whether she is ready for it or not.

Art is fantastic and I got hooked on the first chapter. Hihgly recommended if you're into manga since it's read in the same format.
