Now, I am a big fan of Music, as one could probably glean from my username, but I am also a big fan of comedy. Put the two together and we get one of my favorite genres in Music. Now, of course, I would never post a thread without some kind of purpose to involve you the community.

You can probably see where I am going with this, so I'll just say it. Talk about some of your favorite comedy/Parody artists and songs, especially if you feel like people on here would enjoy them. Also, if you'd like to, you can give us some background information, but this of course isn't necessary, since some people just enjoy some funny and well made music.

Let me get things started with one of my favorite, lesser known comedy band, Tripod.

Starting with one that explains them better than I could:

Or if you are impatient, or trying not to get caught at work/school, a shorter one:

Have you ever wished there was a Musical based loosely around D&D? They made that too:

Also, if you really want more of Tripod and their music, you can purchase their stuff at their website: (

Next, I bring you a more ridiculous couple of bands, Ninja Sex Party and Starbomb. I'd put Starbomb in it's own group but, they are just NSP with Arin Hansen/Egoraptor and songs about video games.

    Ninja Sex Party:

Alright, I've done my job as the Bard and brought the music to the party, now take your buffs and if you have time in the middle of your Orc battles and Cavern exploring, share some comedic music so i can stea- I mean share it with other parties. Thank you for participating, enjoying music, and a more personal thanks for keeping Bards in business.

(And yes, I understand I may have left out some artists like Weird Al, Tenacious D, and Bo Burnham. I do enjoy these artists, I just thought it would be nice to start the sharing with some groups that you guys probably haven't heard much about.)
