Dear _____________,
I have known you for a very long time and you are a wonderful friend in almost every single aspect. However, I am sick and tired of feeling as though I am only there to listen to you talk about yourself.
There needs to be reciprocity in any sort of relationship and it's lacking in our friendship.
I'm not sure if it's because you and I, although extremely similar, have a few interests that we don't share. If that is the case, then it's kind of ridiculous that you can't at least keep up a conversation about something you don't know that much about. How do you have conversations with anyone, for that matter, if that's the reason for it?
I'm actually leaning more towards the idea that you're probably just narcissistic; you simply love to talk about yourself and have a much lower interest level in the happenings of my life as well as others.
It isn't something that I would end our friendship over but it is honestly one of the most annoying traits you possess.
Oh well. Everyone is wired differently.
Love, Kosuke
