Stupid fan. Security should have stopped that from happening, but still there are huge crowds at any concert, they can't possibly hold back each and every single person there.

The blame is on the fan for going where he wasn't supposed to go. It's like breaking into a house, even if you are drunk and stupid while doing that, if you get shot it's still your fault.

It will all depend on the circumstances. If he did fight with the guy and died because of that the worst could be death by accident right? Or did the guy start/provoked the fight than it would be more like self defense. But of course it still suck so let's hope it won't come to that. I just don't think the crowd has a place on stage. And if they do it's on their own risk.

Blythe struck or fought with the fan who had come on stage, and that person later died.

Blythe struck or fought with the fan

    struck or fought

Was it in self defense? Did he challange one of his fans to a manly duel? That "or" really bothers me. They aren't even sure what happened. Sure, that is even more of a reason to suspect him, but... If Blythe struck the guy in the face/neck in self defense it could very well have a fatal outcome, but it would still be self defense.
