If you're referring to the people of tribal life then yes, however, a significant majority of the world is not stuck with tribal life. Also, individuals that live the tribal lifestyle within a natural habitat also possess abilities, skills, builds, and traits unique to only them which make them somewhat more similar to our primal ancestors. However you cannot compare tribal people with modernized people because they are two completely different things and I highly doubt anyone on this website lives a tribal lifestyle because we all obviously all own computers. Lolololol.

Yeah, dump him. Cheaters will always be cheaters. People can only get away with shit if you give them opportunities to do so.

However, on a more serious note, coming from an educated and experienced middle-aged individual who has had numerous relationships with most of them being serious and committed (one of which lasted about six years with me almost putting a ring on her finger), there's really no way a person can completely justify cheating in a relationship. This kind of stuff is common sense and not friggin' Quantum Physics or Aeronautic Engineering (Rocket Science). Everyone has put in their input so I don't really need to say much but condense this into "Definition of Relationships for Dummies". I'm aware different people have different relationship goals but logically, a "relationship" is something that is built on intimate exclusivity between two people working toward the goal of marriage and the ideology of spending both of your lives together for a theoretical lifetime. HOWEVER, if one of the partners (or possibly even both) just want to satisfy sexual desires and possess an indifferent mindset towards the vital factors in which makes the connection between both partners an actual relationship, it's not a "relationship" anymore, it's just being "fuck buddies". People call it a "relationship" just because it's more convenient and puts forth a more socially acceptable image for both individuals so they can minimize the amounts of criticism and judgment received from others.

For those coming from a Darwinism standpoint which stresses Biological Functions which centers around the concept of Survival of the Fittest; yes, our primate ancestors did possess an immense biological sex drive which pushed them to inseminate every female in their sight in order to increase the chances of their offsprings' survival. If you think that is a legitimate excuse for cheating and going around sleeping with multiple women while using that theory to justify your actions, you are probably still just as intelligent as an primate with a cranial capacity of 400-600cc yourself. With our technologically advanced and intelligently innovative society which is able to understand and create something called "standards" and "morals", we are no longer consider "primal" as we have moved to the top of the food chain. The fundamental concepts which center around today's "survival of the fittest" have changed since Darwinism in a primal sense does not seem to apply significantly anymore to our modern society. We are no longer running around being constantly hunted by predators and scavenging for food.

Video: Intel HD graphics with 64MB-1696MB shared graphics memory @Spades's suggestion. Screw that. If you wanna play anything of substance on your laptop, you might really get into trouble. Integrated graphics are bullshit. Avoid at any cost.
There have been some people that have gotten Intel HD Graphics chips to run Starcraft 2 pretty well to a quite playable point. Integrated graphics aren't bullshit, they just serve a completely different purpose, one of which just isn't intensive gaming, and are found in almost every laptop on the market right now.
@syunfung Older AMD processors in general kinda suck, having well-known overheating issues and stuff. New gen ones aren't that bad, nothing worth having, but not that bad.

New generation AMD processors still suck unless you buy their Phenom II or FX series to overclock and play around with for shits and giggles. They are just trying to advance their APU market nowadays and hoping to stick those into the current Ultrabook trend of computers. However, their APU's have only been found on budget mediocre notebooks and netbooks. While APU does have great potential due to it's higher efficiency and lower power consumption ratio from combining CPU and GPU chips into one overall chip, the way it preforms in actual daily computing situations makes it mediocre compared to the competition. The Intel HD Graphics chipset have been more successful than them by far. AMD is only keeping themselves afloat with their Radeon GPU product lines. Many have said that they have been on a slow road to bankruptcy lately because they have to compete with not only Intel but also the rapidly-growing ARM and Nvidia. Intel owns most of the PC CPU market and their upcoming IB Series of iX processors that are being released later this year are shown to be quite amazing because of the new 3D Tri-Gate Transistor setup. ARM dominates most of the mobile devices market since a majority of the smartphones and some tablets on the market have been utilizing the ARM Cortex CPU Series for a good while now. Even when talking about the APU game that AMD is so good at, Nvidia's Kal-El Tegra3 CPU chips have been considered to be the only real worthy competitor to Apple's A5X chipset in their iPad3 and can be found in current high-end Android tablets. With all of these companies constantly advancing their innovative product game, AMD really has no stable spot on the market anymore and are being edged out slowly by all the other companies.

@InsaneBoredGame: Well, the main point of that was to say that HP doesn't have insane overheating problems anymore, or at the very least, the Intel ones don't. I guess the experiences are different from person to person. I had an Athlon on a desktop my dad built with me about ten years ago that doesn't heat up like that. :/
Heating problems on laptops are completely subjective and usually depend on the efficiency of the cooling system used. As I have stated in another thread,
"...Think about how your laptop is set-up. It's basically a motherboard with a bunch of other intensive heat-producing hardware attached/soldered to the MoBo and all of it is encased within a slim-profiled plastic case which is your lower half of the laptop. Laptops are commonly and insufficiently cooled because they utilize a single long copper heatsink which is attached to both the CPU+GPU with crappy thermal compound in-between and is cooled off with a single small fan that vents the heat by sucking in fresh air either on top (keyboard) or the bottom of your lower half of the laptop and pushing it outward towards the side or rear.
@Johtoh Honestly, just get a desktop. but if you insist, here's the winner. NP305V5A-S01CA ncix.com/products/?sku=67866 For the price it kicks absolute butt. A6, 6540, 560$$$. Samsung products also last a while

The AMD A6 3410MX processor is an APU processor and is somewhat mediocre in comparison to the competition at similar price-points (Intel chipsets are only a little bit more expensive but worth it in the long run). The Radeon HD6540 is a mid-low end graphics processor unit that is bundled with the AMD A63410MX housed within the same single processing chip because it is an APU. If you are looking to play games, with an HD 6540, you'll only be able to run games on low or tweaked mid level settings. There are a plethora of better products on the market but it is up to you to find it because when you buy PC, new products come out everyday and every setup is completely different. The immense variation makes it more difficult to recommend certain products when only given an price expectation to work with. Usually, you just can't have all the things you want if you are trying to go cheap. That's really just how the world works.

I left it on an AC vent (the flat kind they have on the side of a classroom) and it seems to be not giving me a problem..so far. I'm being careful and not letting it get to hot. We'll see. Thanks everyone, as soon as I can I'll try and work out a more permanent solution than AC vents.

Another counter-intuitive example when it comes to asking favors is the fact that people are more likely to do a small favor for the person asking if they have previously declined a large favor. Of course, this is a gamble -- some people do not feel any guilt about breaking the social contract.

That would be the "Door-In-The-Face Technique" and the opposite of this would be the "Foot-In-The-Door Technique".

@Noodle. Here's some tips on how to increase the effectiveness of your AR platform because the picture just hilariously and excessively screams out "I'm a FNG!" to the point that I actually felt the need to write this post. Ijs, you probably wouldn't be able to hit shit within 3MOA @ 100m with a real AR even if you tried.

    1. Trigger discipline. Even if it is a replica toy, that is not a valid excuse. Safety is always a #1 priority.
    2. Don't "Chicken-Wing". Obvious sign of a unskilled shooter.
    3. Upright stances make you ridiculously unstable.
    4. Learn to utilize your sling system effectively. If it isn't a supplement, it shouldn't be there.
    5. Your tri-rail lighting system is tacti-cool thus easily pointing out that it is utter garbage.
    6. If your Trijicon ACOG (albeit being a replica anyways) manages to somehow go down with that kind of setup, you would be quite f***ed. The ACOG's fixed 4x magnification is not as flexible as other variable power sighting systems.
    7. Your stock is supposed be pressed against your body, not your bicep.
    8. The method in which you grip your 'broomhandle' foregrip = full retard. There is a in-depth explanation as to why but since it would be too long to type out, here is some pictures instead.

Just go simple and get a Sager. Some models start at just $800ish and are commonly used for gaming. I would give you great recommendations if you gave me your suggested price range.

Hell, if you knew what you were doing, even the overly bashed-on MacBook Pro's with the midrange Radeon GPUs (15/17 inch) have been reported to be able to run Diablo 3 on high settings with no noticeable lag at all.

    Comp. with good graphics/video card

Hard to obtain in a laptop unless you go dedicated gaming laptop, like the ROG Asus series. Gamer laptops have high-end GPU solutions (GTX 460M and above) but are not as portable (excessive size due to user-upgradeability factor) or practical (usually only 1-2 hours of use max if running on battery power) for everyday use and vice-versa (practical laptops only possess midrange GPUs).

    Last 2 years after that

Completely subjective. Future-proofing is hard to achieve nowadays.

    Amazing CPU

Most laptops nowadays come standard with an Intel Core i7 Quad Processor but it will cost you $$$$. Hard to go above Core i7 in a laptop unless you buy specific dedicated gaming laptops which utilizes MobBo's that run desktop CPUs (even more $$$$).

    And good RAM

This is user-upgradable. Laptop-specific SO-DIMM RAM sticks are cheap and it will cost significantly and unreasonably more $$$$ if you buy a laptop with a factory-installed RAM upgrade. It's a 5 minute installation process that even idiots whom possess an IQ of 80 can complete.

AVOID HP AT ALL COSTS, unless you can't afford a space heater for the winter (ie. they like being hot).

Dell is worse and has a longer history dealing with shitty overheating issues due to their shitty cooling setup. HP's are not as bad as people make them to be if you know which models to get, such as: the Envy series or the DV4/6 series (which people use as a midrange gamer laptop as well).

  • In toshiba laptop help?

A bunch of stuff has already been covered so I'll be brief and cut to the chase.

Usually those symptoms are signs of system overheating. Think about how your laptop is set-up.

Different computers are set to deliver a warning message when a certain temperature is reached within the setup thus triggering the BIOS to launch a fail-safe shutdown procedure to prevent further heatsoaking damage to the laptop's hardware.

Two common yet subjective remedies (YMMV) to your solution are:

    1. Increase the fail-safe shutdown procedure's temperature target range to something higher from within the BIOS. This is an advanced user fix so I wouldn't try this unless you know exactly what you are doing. You can easily do more damage than good if you blindly mess around with the BIOS.

    2. Buy a laptop cooler like everyone else and hope for the best. It's usually a common working remedy if utilized correctly. However, note that higher price =/= better product. Cooler Master brand coolers are great because they elevate your laptop more and are modular in a way. Best part? most coolers cost around the $20 range if you know where to look.
