Someone on Reddit compiled a list of the Destiny 2 exotics from the strategy guide. It's not a complete list, as some known ones have not been included (apparently it will get an update after the game release including them) if you'd like to take a look...
Yeah, apart from the aim assist with a controller, Ive heard nothing but great things from the Beta especially the optimization.
Thank you @nodejsquiz. Obviously you are an intelligent and well informed individual.
Yeah, you're right, we've never had any luck with clans outside CL. Still, a man can dream. I didn't join a clan in D1, mostly because of the lack of representation in game, but also because every one I looked at was full of 12yo whiners or skilled elitist pricks. I'm hoping the new system will bring a few more clans with players who aren't too worried about the best loadout but know how to play. I'd rather spend an extra 1/2 hour doing a raid, but having a good time than a quick one sweating DPS bullets and being relieved when it's over.
The bungie.net clans page seems to not be working, but I'll keep an eye out there, as well as the link you supplied (thanks for that). I hope the Beta goes well, I'd have joined you but my PC is elsewhere and my laptop can't run it.
Yes! The EDZ looks amazing so far. I think it's great that everything is more focused around patrol and you can just do so much in the one area. Looks like running around as a solo player is more viable too
@Kirn Point taken, I'll update the post with more info after some sleep. Is it such a bad idea for a clan? Even if we only got a few people on that played semi-regular it may be enough to earn the in game bonuses
@--Jack-- Sorry, it got taken down - YouTube is getting faster and faster on the copywrite claims.
@Darkchaplain Thanks for letting me know, also I agree. Definitely no where near the best cartoon
Destiny 2 is an online only multiplayer shooter developed by Bungie (the creators of the Halo series) where you roam the galaxy shooting space turtles and looking for phat loot. Gameplay is similar to the first game, which is a first person shooter with RPG elements. If you have ever played the Halo games, the way it plays feels similar to those, but with a loot system like Diablo 3 or Borderlands.
Agile and daring, Hunters are quick on their feet and quicker on the draw.
Hunters are catered a little more towards speed and DPS, their class ability is a dodge roll which is great for avoiding enemy fire and will either reload your weapon or refresh the cooldown of your melee ability depending on the selected perk.
Disciplined and proud, Titans are capable of both aggressive assaults and stalwart defenses.
The Titan fills a tank role and is slightly slower with more resilience. Their class ability will allow you to either create a knee-high wall for cover - reloading your weapon when taking cover, or a larger wall which damages enemies passing through it.
Warlocks weaponize the mysteries of the universe to sustain themselves and devastate their foes.
Warlocks are great at providing support for a fireteam with a class ability which lays down a static circle to either continuously heal allies or increase their firepower. They have a higher recovery stat than the other classes.
If you'd like a more thorough breakdown of the classes and abilities, Eurogamer does this rather nicely.
Saw this online and thought it did a pretty good job. I like how Squidward is basically Piccolo
