  • In Interesting anime series?

I recommend Mawaru Penguindrum, Baccano, Durarara and Eden of the East

  • In What do you like about anime fandubs?

@Ethereal Oh. Sorry for saying all of that... -_- I was already pretty pissed before I read your comment, so... yeah...

  • In What do you like about anime fandubs?

@Ethereal I don't appreciate you saying that people with dyslexia and Asperger's have reading issues. It may be true with dyslexic people, but nobody's perfect. And for your information, I have Asperger's Syndrome and I was able to read your post AND type a response with no problem. Also, there are actually people who appreciate a good dub when they see one, whether it was done professionally or by a fan. So don't assume it's something people only watch if they can't read well or the official dub isn't out yet.

  • What do you like about anime fandubs?

This is just something I've been wondering for a while (coz I am the type of person who overthinks random questions like this). So... assuming that you like anime fandubs (or even dubs) in the first place, what is it about them that you like?

  • What is your favorite movie genre?

Pretty self explanatory. I just want to know which movie genres are popular.

  • My display pic

    How do you upload one?

  • In I need help with my assignment

@acostoss Thanks for the advice. This is just a college assignment, but my instructor told us to treat it like the real thing, rather than some assignment.

@eterno What you're saying about market data not playing a big part in the creative industry does make sense. However, including an audience group just helps convince whoever you're trying to pitch your idea to that there are people who want to watch the movie, so they'll at least know the project won't be a waste of time. Or something like that... -_-

I'm also supposed to treat it like the real thing, so that's basically what I'm doing. Thanks a lot for the advice!

  • I need help with my assignment

I have to do a pitch presentation for an idea or concept. My idea is a screenplay for a movie called Over the Moon, which is a prequel of the Broadway musical, Rent.

The story is basically the events that were mentioned to have happened before the time Rent was set, mainly Benny before he became a "yuppie" (arrogant rich guy) and Roger's girlfriend (who committed suicide).

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, here's some info on Rent:

I just need some suggestions on things involving the media industry, target audience (demographics and psychographics), marketing strategy, licensing, and audience response.

Feel free to tell me anything that I might be missing out. This is my first time creating a pitch, so I'm not fully sure about what I'm supposed to do.

    Thank you!
