I'm pretty sure we have a steam thread. We have a CL group on steam, try searching for it.

I think there might be a problem with some users and their demands /standards, and at the same time another bunch of users whose ability to contribute is pretty bad.
This considered, I believe a big part of this community is jammed in between these two groups while just passively doing close to nothing. It comes down to one question (from my point of view) : what is it that's holding them back?

Yeah I don't know. It might be just me, but I don't feel like adding anything to most discussions. I mean I love to talk, and by that I mean a lot. Talking is among my favorite things. But I get fed up with most topics pretty fast. There is only so much I can say in discussions concerning religion, celeberties, politics, physics, games etc.... After one or two posts I feel like there's nothing else for me in the thread and I just kind of leave, feeling "My mission here is complete".

I've been thinking on how to create a casual thread where people get to know each other instead of discussing something. I was thinking maybe something connected to the old CL family tree thing since I got a feeling that back then it was generally appreciated.

Or maybe a thread where people can just talk (not argue, not discuss. just casual talking) like in /chat.
