Stupid fan. Security should have stopped that from happening, but still there are huge crowds at any concert, they can't possibly hold back each and every single person there.

The blame is on the fan for going where he wasn't supposed to go. It's like breaking into a house, even if you are drunk and stupid while doing that, if you get shot it's still your fault.
